Love the Lair. Have been coming here since day one. Good folks, great beer and their relationship with the La Trattoria restaurant next door is an added bonus. I love getting the fresh Cask Ales and the Guinness is fresh. There are some local craft taps as well. Wine and cider for the gluten free folks and a GF beer or two as well. Cozy booths and some outside seating. Lots of regulars mix with newcomers. Friendly. It's a Sacramento staple - I love it.
We came to BonnLair celebrating the end of a long week. Had a couple pints and tried the Shepard's pie. One full serving was perfect for two and accompanied a couple beers perfectly. BonnLair is always a great place to have a relaxing evening.
I have been coming here for years. It has a relaxed atmosphere. I moved away over 20 years ago but I always go to the Bonn Lair when I visit Sacramento.
Bonn Lair is an amazing experience! You are transported to a real British Pub with exceptional brews and plenty of UK cuisine. It is a happy experience with many loyal regulars. The community is very diverse, loving and kind! Just had a great time at Bonn Lair at the semi finals of England v Netherlands. Staff was amazing keeping up with the cheering crowd. Serving both drinks and food. I had great fish and chips (l am English and congrats to chefs)

BonnLair is an institution! Their Oktoberfest is something we look forward to every year. It's a great East Sac local bar haunt full of friends and family alike. They have partnered with the restaurant next door to offer some awesome food to go along with the lovely Euro Pub atmosphere. Come catch a game of futbol with a pint in hand!
